Provided by YP.comWorst Customer Service Experience Ever!! This was a very unpleasant experience. Recently, I went to Supreme Nails & Spa for a shallack manicure. I was told several times that this service lasts two weeks. I was also told that I could come back to get it removed because it is very hard to get off. In fact, the receptionist tried to make an appointment with me for removal.
The service cost $35. The nail job didn't even last one week! After six days, it started to chip and by the eight day it was so bad that I tried to call to make a appointment to remove it. When I called, I was told by the woman who answered that she does not speak English. So, I then went to the salon to get it removed. The staff then pressured me several times to purchase a manicure in its stead. Not wanting to be charged more, I refused this service. As the woman removed the polish, she not only scratched the surface of my nails but many fingers as well. In fact, I said Ouch!.
Feeling displeased that the removal was painful and the staff was not apologetic for the short lived service, I was about to leave when a man told me I had to pay $10.00. I objected, stating that it did not last as long as it should have and I was told that it would be removed by the staff. He told me that if I had a manicure or repaired it then I wouldn't have been charged. I, again, objected by stating that he had not told me this. After I reluctantly paid, feeling ripped off, he proceeded to ignore me when another customer walked in the salon.Feeling even more displeased,
I tried to call several times to speak to a manager but was told that she either was unavailable or that English is not spoken by the staff person. Eventually, I was told that I could leave a voice message and she would return my call. Very much wanting this resolved, I clarified this point. After leaving three messages, one with a worker and two on the voice machine, no one returned my calls.The total cost of this experience cost $50 and didn't last even one week. This was the most UNPLEASANT customer service experience I ever had! The service didn't last as long as I was promised and I was then continually charged. With further inquiry, the staff said that if it had lasted two weeks then I wouldn't been charged more. So, I had to pay for the poorly executed job? I feel that was wrong since the service was unsatifactorly completed. Further, I was treated very rudely by the staff who argued with me and then ignored me after the polish was painfully removed. Think twice about going here!!!!!
