Safety Insurance is always kind and gets my questions answered very quickly and efficiently! I have never had a problem putting in a claim, or getting money for a claim- I have not had a homeowners claim, but I have had two vehicle claims, and each one was over and paid for within a month. Great service!
I had 2 claims at different addresses denied by this company in the last month. Now, picture this - it's been a freezing awful winter, and some damage is to be expected. Was Safety there to help? Not on your life. At one they claimed no payment at all for a flooded basement and other damage. Then, they refused the claim for a piece of well equipment costing over $1,200 to replace that was obviously ice-damaged. No-one at their office was sympathetic (and they could not take criticism of their company), and the loss adjusters they sent out were surly and unco-operative (par for the course). As a result, one home insurance with them is being cancelled immediately, the other will be as soon as I get another lined up. STAY AWAY - WELL AWAY!
