I am sure they have had some good results with some cases, but speaking strictly for the way I was treated, I can tell you that I was lied to, misled about the status of my case, and when I went public threatened by a senior partner to not post these facts. Sorry, the truth is an absolute defense to a libel action. I was told by this firm that they had two medical experts approve my case for trial and that they were filing in June. They named six defendents (Attorney LL). This charade continued throughout the entire summer, and I even had others call in to check the status when it wasn't coming up on the docket of the court they alleged they filed in. In short, they decided not to take the case against the recommendations of their own experts for dubious reasons. FINE but you should not have mislead me & lied to me for 4 months about it. I am going to post the threatening letter I received when I posted review. They admitted they can only help a few, so why take too many cases?
