I had more money in parts than the deduction. Never received a notice as to what my car with sold at auction, so they sent me the standard, $500.00 deduction notice. The experience was troubling to me because of this. I would make sure you ask a lot of questions so you are comfortable with the process because they DO come and grab your car FAST! so there is no asking later!
