      well .I order a camera system for my business about 4 weeks ago .it turn up that the DVR IS NOT WORKING .I CONTACT ELECSHARK CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY TOLD ME THEY WILL SEND ME A NEW DVR.UNTIL NOW I STILL I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT.THAT THE type of COMPANY WE DEALS WITH THIS DAYS.POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.HAMID FROM SUMTER SOUTH CAROLINA
