I begin with an interview at one of the offices. I go into the office and I am greeted by a gentleman and told to fill out paperwork and someone would be right with me. As I am doing so, I hear some people laughing and flirting in the other room. They were so loud I could hear exactly everything they were saying. It did not seem like they cared that they had a client in the other room. I did not take offense to it; until I hear them talking about me like I am some low life and not work there time. I could not believe they were so forward talking to one another like I was not there; they did not even try to whisper. I was appalled. I simply got up walked in the office and told them to have a nice day. I was disgusted. I was going to leave it alone but I decided someone should know about it so this agency would not lose any further clients. When I called the head office they were nothing but rude. I was told the President (Marilyn) was there but couldn’t speak because she was busy......I trying calling twice and the same was said. Then I was then connected to Mr. Glibbsen or Mr. Glibbset who was said to be a managing partner. I told him the situation. His response was they were probably just having fun and did not think you were listening. (Not a big deal) ..What do you want me to do reprimand them? I will take care of it ,there is so much I can do ,he says. Maybe you should find some other agency. I asked why are you shoeing me away don’t you want to help me out and its ridiculous how they treat costumers. I simply said they should be talked to. He went on further to say he runs a multimillion dollar business and when I find out how to run one then I should give him advice on how to run his business and hung up the phone. It is hard enough finding a job on your own with today's job market. But I rather do so then deal with inconsiderate people at Edgerock Staffing
