It is a subsidiary of Boston Properties Inc., a Delaware corporation organized in 1997 and one of the largest owners and developers of office properties in the United States. It is a fully integrated and managed real estate investment trust that specializes in the development, redevelopment, acquisition, management and operates, as well as owns a diverse portfolio of Class-A office. The properties of the company are concentrated in five markets: Boston, Washington D.C., midtown Manhattan, San Francisco and Princeton, N.J.
