They are the BEST in Boston by far! They were the only agency that had listings on the Boston Common that would take my dog! I wanted to be in the middle of the city and if it wasnt for them who knows where I would be living. They are the best! I rented a unit at a building called the Parkside that has views, parking, and its just simply amazing. I still stay in contact with them today and will certainly call them if I ever need to rent again.

One of the larger companies, maybe the largest. I used them last year to find an apartment and am using them again this year. I've lived in Boston 7 years now and have dealt with many agencies and Boston City Properties is by far the best. They are honest, friendly, and to the point. Also they wont show you any junk I got to pick what I wanted to see first. Definitely recommend them, they are awesome!

I tried to see several apartments through this agency for weeks and got switched from broker to broker, every appointment that I had with them was more than a week later than my request, and all the properties ended up renting before I could view them. WORST Experience I have ever had with a brokerage firm!
