I go to this business often at the recommendation of the man whom I purchased my home from. The home came with a above ground pool installed by this business. I had no idea what I needed to do to service my pool and every time I went there the staff provided me excellent customer service from analyzing my pool water sample to recommending products that are reasonably priced compared to other companies. I took pictures of my equipment so the technician could see what I had and he knew exactly what make and model I had and exactly what I needed to maintain my pool. He even validated my equipment was properly installed and identified an issue with my water valve size where the water shoots into the pool being too small and causing my chlorine cartridge to dissolve too quickly saving me money in the process. Very thankful for the service they have provided so far.

I purchased a hot tub from them 7 months ago and they were helpful at that time. paid over 11,000 cash since then cannot get satisfactory customer service. SHOULD I SAY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will never do business with this company again. Customers beware, they do not keep their promise on appointments or return phone calls on a timely manner, but they are quick to make a sale.

I purchased an above ground pool 4 yrs ago. The first year was difficult maintaining the water balance, due to location of pool, other water factors. I went into splash, Bossier store, weekly asking for help, with water samples. I found the staff to be very helpful, friendly, cooperative, even after my husband asked hundreds of questions, each staff employee was patient. I have never had a problem with any product purchased or certainly not the original installation of the pool.

I completely disagree with the other comment. Splash has provided me EXCELLENT service! On several occasions, the Splash in Bossier has tested samples of my pool water and provided me ACCURATE resolutions to what ever problem I was having! I did not provide a 5 star rating because I feel they are/can be expensive. With that being said... I would rather go to splash and pay more, than go elsewhere and purchase the wrong product and end up paying more in the end! I will continue to to use the friendly staff at Splash! -

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS BUSINESS! YOU WILL FIND THEM VERY FRIENDLY PRIOR TO THE SALE. YOU WILL FIND THEM VERY UNRESPONSIVE AND UNRELIABLE TO SOLVE A PROBLEM. THE INSTALLERS THEY USE ARE VERY unprofessional AND VIRTUALLY NOT CAPABLE OF LEVELING A POOL.STAY AWAY FROM SPLASH POOLS! CONSIDER ANY OTHER POOL DEALER IN THIS AREA EXPECT SPLASH. IN THE END YOU WILL SEE WHO GETS SOAKED. WATCH OUT FOR THEIR SO CALL SALES! VERY POOR SERVICE AFTER THE SALE!!!!VERY BAD EXPERIANCE WITH THIS BUSINESS. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE EVEN BUY A PLASTIC KIDDY POOL FROM THEM!
