this place is where it all started for me back in 1984 i was at bafb as an sp i use to shoot pistol matches there. i even use to reload there and still own my first press a lee press i cant remember the owners names but they were very friendly and helped me out. jst to letyou know i retired in 2010 and also came in 2d place in las vegas police olympics high power rifle match. nice to see a shooting place survive ver all the crazy years i to use to be an ffl dealer but gave it up this year happy shooting

Reading a couple of other reviews has forced me to respond. I've lived & shot in 5 different states and in military, law enforcement (Texas/Louisiana) and civilian ranges. Yes, there are a lot bigger, more well equipped and glitzy places available around the country but I assure you they'll cost more money, as in WAY more money, and with far less personal service. The staff here are as professional as anywhere and more so than most. They're patient, caring and in most cases, understanding with new, inexperienced shooters. I've spent a good bit of time here, both with the and the staff is always courteous and treats everyone with respect and patience, regardless of experience level. That's something not universally found in the business as I've watched many other places treat novices as though they're a "bother" Not Shooters USA. Unless you are a complete snob, you'll be hard pressed to find a better, safer and more friendly value for your shooting dollar.

place needs work--broken shooting lanes--shooting area cluttered with junk--fans don't work in the range-not enough room-doors into range won't close
