We are issuing agents for Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company, Stewart Title Guaranty Company and WFG National Title Insurance Company. We have been ALTA Best Practices certified since September 2015 and maintain all current requirements, licensing and insurance. We are approved to close loans for substantially all real estate lenders in the Bossier City, Shreveport and surrounding areas. Additionally, we are an approved loan closing, title and escrow service provider for numerous national entities.
