I was recently surprised with an Italian Firehouse Sub and found it to be warm and delicious. I am not one who is typically fond of sub sandwiches because of too much bread per sandwich. I found that Firehouse's bread was delicious but not of overwhelming size. Again, the sub I had, Italian, was just so delicious. My husband and I are eating there tonight. I recommended it to him and I also recommend it to others!

Subway is ok, Quiznos i like alot! But FireHouse i LOVE!! I don't even get anything fancy- turkey & cheddar-I love the people that work there also! It's just an awesome little set up they have! I have never heard of the place until they opened one here in Bossier City, La~ Since then I have eaten there at least 3 times per week~ Yes it's that good!
