My warranty company referred me to Chuck's Maintenance and Repair. Chuck came to my house and said my broken refrigerator needed a new part. It took him forever to come back to my house to fix the problem. He said I had to pay him another $195.00 that was not covered by the warranty company. True or a scam? I paid him the money but 2 or 3 weeks later the same problem happened again (it freezes up and does not cool). I've asked Chuck to return to my house to fix the problem, he has not. I asked Chuck to give me back the $240.00 (total) I have paid him. He has not! Now, I must get a real repairman to come out and fix the problem, verify that Chuck's work was wrong, and take legal action against Chuck's Maintenance and Repair. Don't use this guy!
