I do all of my business at this shop. The main reason is because of Dave. He is knowledgeable about all the machines that he offers for sale, proficient at any machine and/or serger for repairs, is most reasonable with prices, repair or purchase, and is most pleasant to deal with as well as honest., He always gives 24 hour turn around with repairs unless he has to order a part. Often, he will fix the machine while you wait. Very often, he can guide you over the phone regarding a problem you are having and, viola, fixed. He is amazing. I would recommend his shop to everyone. His staff is also very helpful and will gladly give demonstrations on the machine to get you proficient on the one you bought or to assist you in determining if the machine meets your needs and wants. Kudos to Dave and his shop.
