We said good-bye to Dean Spencer from Advanced Appliance Solutions, Inc. 503-575-8372. After being on the phone and getting the run-around with both the manufacturer and business where we purchased our Samsung front loading washer, I found this site and decided to call. He arrived 45 minutes later, applied shoe covers upon entering our home and politely listened to our problem. His diagnosis was intelligent and efficient. He has a gentle demeanor and caring attitude. He quickly fixed our problem and stayed to show us additional safety tips on all of our major appliances. I would HIGHLY recommend him.

He responded within minutes to my call, was extremely polite and arrived exactly when he said he would. He put on shoe covers, spread a cloth when he had to remove the stove top, and left not a trace of mess behind (he had to drill one of the burners out). His rate is more than fair and he even checked my drier hose, which needed shortening and fixed our refrigerator door (broken for 2 years) at the last minute -
