Worst salon ever! I ranked a 1 cause I couldn't rank them zero!The place was messy, they overcharged me and they don't seem to care if the customer is in a hurry or not(they will stop doing your hair to discuss with people coming in not even for their hair). They had no respect for my hair and use a small comb to seperate my hair instead of the tail part which make it hurt so much and damage the hair. I would never go back there was very disapointed and the other customers didn't seem thrilled either.

This hair salon is in a very convenient location in Hagerstown, easily accessible through personal or public transportation. I have been through this salon 3 or four times for relaxers, wash, sew-in weaves, natural styling, and these ladies are definitely skilled and give good advice. The atmosphere is comfortable, and you are sure to laugh. The prices are very reasonable. This salon is professional, I have always been seen on time for appointments I have made. They also pay very close attention to details. Sophia and Morgan and other staff are AMAZING!
