My daughter is a student at Appalachian State and I wanted her to have her own nurse practitioner to go to while in school. She went to Mountain Laurel for her physical and Leeann Young-Fritchie was wonderful. She asked questions and listened to the answers, my daughter did not feel rushed and felt very comfortable with everyone in the office. It is good to know that you can send you students to someone in town that will take care of them - especially when you are out of state.

Knowledgeable and thorough, with a personal touch is what I want with my medical care and is what they provide. I have been a patient of Leigh Anne for about 10 years and I cannot give her enough praise.

Leigh Ann is a great family doctor. She makes you feel very comfortable, especially for yearly check-ups (and I'm a male) asks good questions and genuinely cares about your current health and how you feel. Rarely have I waited more than 10 minutes to be seen with an appointment. If you need a referral, she and her staff will get it done quiclky. They had 2 made for me within 2 days and called to confirm. Great doctor and staff. Highly recommend her as a family doctor.

Leigh-ann is a great F.P. She obviously cares about the patients. This is the kind of clinic that has the small town doctor feel to it. She has been my health care provider for several years.
