I took my camaro to Les Schwab to get an alignment. They told me I needed to replace all the steering parts before they could do an alignment. They quoted me over $2000.00. I picked up the car and went to Auto Zone to buy the parts and installed them myself. I took the car back to Les Schwab, in Bonney Lake, WA. and they told me the exact same thing. Liears and thieves! ! ! A year later, I decided to take a chance and have my F250 aligned. I figured that maybe the BAD SEEDS were gone. They did the exact same thing. This time, when I went to pick up the truck, I took all the receipts with me for all the parts I just replaced and loudly asked why they lied to me. The idiot at the front desk just started studdering and stammering. When he figured out I wasn't going to leave without an answer, he said, "The teck just sticks a crow bar in there and pushes and pulls. If anything moves, we tell the customer everything needs to be replaced." WTF ! ! ! If anyone takes their vehicle to this place, they're a fool. These guys are lying cheats and deserve to be hung from a tree by their scrotums.

The servicemen (two) of them dismounted, then remounted and balanced two rear tires I brought with me to the shop- it cost me $44.95 and it took them just a few minutes to do the job- but it was a 60 minute wait to even get my truck in the bay- 90 minutes later I was on the road. Not much after I left I noticed the passenger side rear wheel seemed to slightly wobble, after a few days it became much worse. When I finally pulled off the freeway to the shoulder I removed the tire and realized the lug nuts were on backwards. This had grooved the wheel severely. I replaced the rim with my spare- it also wobbles, The rotor was grooved and damaged as well. The truck does not feel safe. The damage to my mag wheel is beyond repair and cannot be replaced- my brake rotor and spare rim are also not salvageable. I am not satisfied or impressed. I hope they will pay for the damages incurred, so I can return to be a happy customer. service technicians
