Radon & Mold Professionals had the 1st mold assessors ( inspectors / testers) licensed in Lee and Collier Counties by the state of Florida.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! After a miserable experience with a roofer who flooded my roof through negligence and then lied about it all being dry, when I actually had MOLD growing in my attic, dealing with John Cosgrove and the Wall's was a very pleasant experience. They explained everything thoroughly and patiently as I'm a detail person and needed reassurance. I interviewed many mold remediation companies and there are a lot of clueless people out there doing this work. This company was very thorough in their testing, their air samples and in their visual inspection -- they use a thermal camera that detects moisture behind walls (many companies don't offer this). And, every time I called John to ask a question, he was always very gracious. One thing many consumers don't realize is that there are no certifications/licensing required by FL law until 2010 for mold remediators and testers! Some companies offer both services, which is a conflict of interest. Wallradon Testing only does testing.
