Worst experience ever! Honestly, I have never met someone so racist, unprofessional and rude my entire life! The old lady didn't greet us well at all , as soon as we arrived to the store she assumed we weren't going to purchase dresses. Obviously, one must first look around and try different styles to find the right one. Not only was she rude, also an old man who mentioned "y'all look like y'all don't have money and spent all of it in the beach". He was previously talking to one of my friends who mentioned we were on vacations (which is true) but we were on our way home and prom is around the corner so why not stop and see if we could find the one? The lady was also saying "I don't think it's a good day for you to be here I replied " for you for me?" And she said" for y'all, y'all don't have money". People like this are the ones who make this world ugly and why there are so many troubles. One of my friends was also halfway naked changing in the dressing room, but the lady had no respect whatsoever and said "I don't like people helping with my dresses, I'll do it. Can you give me all the gowns you have in there" while she was still changing! Are you kidding me!? Save your time & money for better hospitality & customer service! If I had the option of rating it a zero, I wouldn't even question it!

I recently got engaged, and I wanted to just look at dresses and try them on to see what style will look best on me. I explained this to the lady, she proceeds to take my mom, moh and myself to her desk to look at books. We stood there half an hour looking at dresses from the books, most of which would look bad on my figure, and she made that very clear! She would not pull any dresses for me to try on at all, and that was the main reason we went! This lady is very rude, and I will not be going back there to get my dress. If I could give her zero stars I would.

Awesome service and a ton of dresses to choose from. Ms. Martha and Mr. Ralph were very patient and helpful to us. We will be back for sure!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We bought a pageant dress from her last year and I thought her unfriendly and ruded then, but they were moving stock around and it was a crazy mess. We went back about a month ago and she was once again unfriendly and rude. You pretty much have to wave a credit card in her face to be able to try on clothes. She didn't have anything we wanted for the 16 year old and it made her angry. Even though she has thousands of dresses beware that many are from previous years and you can buy then online for half the price. They I wanted to find me a dress for New Years. Before even opening the other side of the store she asked if I was going to buy anything or just try on dresses! In a very rude manner. I told her if I found something I like and that fit I would buy. So she "allowed" me to try on dresses. Again the dress were more mother of the bride dresses and not really fancy evening dresses. But what made me angry was when she was holding the back of a dress together that was way to big for me and I wasn't aware she was doing that. When I asked her to zip it up and let go she made a face and zipped it. The dress was huge on me and almost fell off! She is rude and a dishonest woman. I would go anywhere other than her shop even if I had to drive all day. I will never go there again.

Large selection, but don't ever try to return or exchange a dress!! We bought a dress that my daughter loves, tried on size 4 but bought the size 2! The size 2 fit perfect, but when home notice all the beading coming off!!!! Plus fabric was very uncomfortable and scratchy.... Only wanted an exchange and would have kept spending my money in their store, but due to the way she spoke to me...and assumed that my daughter had in some way damaged the dress after we took it home...we will NOT be going back! BEWARE!
