I signed the one year apartment lease agreement but the manager did not give me a copy of apartment lease agreement. I paid $6000 for one year and I did not even live/stay in the apartment. The thunder and lightning is more quiet than the noise in that apartment. The children is always waiting for me on the front walkway of my apartment and do basketball and scream. Tha manager don't care.
