Bonfield Grade School is an educational institution that provides a variety of educational and recreational options for the social, intellectual, physical and emotional development of students in grades four and five. It has a library and media center that houses a variety of storybooks, quiz books, biographies, picture dictionaries, encyclopedias and puzzles. The school offers various extracurricular activities, including Scholastic Bowl, music, art, field trips and student council meetings. The school s academic curriculum includes language arts, math, science, social studies and physical education. The school enrolls more than 180 students and offers transportation and meal services. Located in Bonfield, Ill., the school is governed by Herscher Community Unit School District 2.
