To him be glory forever."(esv). Thus, our goal in worship is to exalt Christ together with all of our hearts. We pursue this goal using a variety of means including Scripture reading, prayer, praise, and preaching. Our Actions: Our worship normally opens with a time of announcements, fellowship, Scripture reading and prayer. The congregation then joins in a time of praise and worship which includes diversity in style while maintaining a strong commitment to theological integrity. Our singing is led by our worship team which includes both praise band and sanctuary choir. Following our time of praise and worship, the children are dismissed to either Praise Factory or Children's Church depending on their age. Praise factory is a time of worship for older kids that includes a teaching time along with various small group activities. It is designed to teach and prepare our children for corporate worship. Children's church is a time of teaching younger children that involves Bible stories, activities, and a snack time. Simultaneously, those in the sanctuary enjoy a time of preaching and study. At BFBC we are committed to expository preaching that considers the whole of Scripture. Thus, our pastor consistently challenges the congregation to consider the great truths of God's written Word. Our time of worship normally concludes with singing and prayer.
