Sho-Me has done brakes and shocks for me on two different vehicles. They have done exhaust, coil packs and other things for my brother. Both of us have been satisfied with work. One of the few garages that will let you bring in the parts you want installed.

If I could give less than 1 stars I would. They took my volkswagen and charged me over $500 to not tune it right and they undid all the bolts on 3 of my 4 cv joints. It took me an hour to get all those bolts back in. Will never use these guys again.

I spoke over the phone and told them what I was wanting to have done. A 10 series muffler or single chamber. He pulled my truck in and took it up on the lift. I was then going to clarify what i wanted again. He told me to go sit in the waiting room and wait, which i was fine with and didnt argue. While in there i spoke with the secratary and said he is putting a 10 series or a single chamber on there correct? And she said no a 40 series. I said well thats not what i told him on the phone. And she asked well didnt you talk to him in the shop? I said that i attempted to and cut me off and told me i had to come to the waiting room. She went to resolve the problem and then told me well he already has it welded on. Therefor was not going to do anything about it. I asked if i was getting to keep my factory muffler as it was new. And she told me no they keep it with the price they gave me. Well if your planning on keeping somthing reusable like that that your taking off my truck shouldnt you say that? They finally gave me my muffler. And had to pay for a muffler that i did not want installed on my truck and there fore do not have the quality sound of exhaust that i want. Will not be going back or recomending them to my friends.
