We are a full service mobile home and RV park. We have permanent spaces for mobile homes and RV's and overnite, weekly, and monthly spaces for RV's. There is an 8-10 acre lake on the property with fishing for tenants and guests, bath houses for RV's. Full hookups with 50 and 30 amp available for RV's. Pull thru RV spaces in upper campground and lakeside for longer stays.

Location

Located just 1.7 miles North of the Boliver/Fairplay exit on Hwy 13. Call for directions...it really is easy to reach for vehicles of all sizes. MODOT severely restricts signage making access seem harder than it is.

Amenities

For RV's, we have free WiFi in upper campground with shady year round pull thru spaces, coin-op laundry, bathhouse. Lower campground offers bathhouse, coin-op laundry, and lakeside spaces (No WiFi yet) May thru October. Enjoy great lakeside views and peace and quiet.
