Bolingbrook Taxi is customer service at its worst. I'm not even sure where to start. From the initial call to the pick up, I was treated like a huge inconvenience and interruption of their day. On my initial call the dispatcher told me that the driver would be there in 10 minutes. 1/2 hour later when I called back, he answered the phone by saying 1 minute and hung up. Silly me thought the call was accidentally disconnected so I call back where he rudely stated "I just told you the driver would be there in one minute. 10 minutes later the driver shows up. Not only did she not help me with putting my bags in the trunk, she didn't even get out of the car to greet me. Then once I finally got settled in the car she had the audacity to tell me they charge up front for their service and I had to pay before we could leave. We arrived at my house and again did not lift a finger to help unload my bags. Save yourself the time and frustration. Call another company!!!

This cab service always over charges me. They are always late. One day they were an hour late.I will never use this cab again.

I live in Plainfield and I have always used your sister company Plainfield Taxi to the airport. All I will say is WOW. Great organisation. Always on time. I now know all your drivers by their first names. Thats how comfortable and satisfied I am. Thank you all.

Please Do NOT take this taxi for your own safety. Horrible experience with Bolingbrook Taxi. They charged me more than the estimate they gave me. I tried to argue but the driver got very mad and scary, acting like he was ready to kill me. I was forced to pay the excessive charge.
