Bolingbrook Fire Department s mission is to strive in an efficient and cost-effective manner to safely provide advanced medical treatment, preserve life and property and maintain the environment for its community through planning, prevention, education and training. Collectively and individually, the department commits to making Bolingbrook, Ill., a better and safer place. The village of Bolingbrook was incorporated in 1965, and the fire department was officially formed on July 1, 1971. Bolingbrook Fire Department is a full-time department that offers fire, rescue and ambulance services on a 24-hour basis.
