Keely Wolf, PA-C is a physician assistant at St. Luke's Clinic - St. Luke's Family Health. She is a certified physician assistant through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Keely enjoys family medicine and treating both acute and chronic disease as well as the opportunity to encourage and implement preventive medicine and lifestyle changes. She strives to provide patient empowerment through education and joint decision making in order to create a united, evidence based treatment plan with her patients. Keely earned her bachelor's degree in health science from Boise State University and her master's degree in physician assistant studies from Idaho State University.
