The Boise Stage Stop has been around for as long as I can remember and only gets better every time I stop. The food is delicious - I've never had anything I didn't like, and the staff is wonderfully friendly. Plus it's really cool how they have all the old stage coaches and antiques in the restaurant. And they don't mind if you go take a look at all the historical stuff even if you're not eating in the restaurant!

Be careful what you believe about these reviews its likely they write their own as the management are known lawless liars who host and employ illegal aliens , their pumps seldom work though their food is alright ....... at first its revenge will meet you later . The owner is never there always in Stockton so know one except the waitresses care about doing anything and they especially one is almost proud to say it repeatedly without the slightest reprimand, Ive heard some say this is the last of the real truck stops .... Well it aint nothing like they used to be for one thing and if it is a nostalgic icon {HA HA} of some kind then bury it and let its memory take its place .... besides it near half dead anyway except for some vain attempts to waste alot of money revamping whats no more than a 'stage stop' for wayward illegals. Its little more than a whole in the ground so cover it up.

This is a large truck stop with a restaurant. The Mexican food was delicious. The amount of food was huge. I had tacos and enchiladas. The rest of the menu looked great as well. The same large portions for everyone that was around me. Highly reccommend.

First visit to Boise Stage Stop Restaurant had biscuits and gravy" Wow very large biscuits and sausage gravy had a lot of flavor!!!!!!
