We went there for breakfast today. Their gourmet coffee was great and so was the breakfast...eggs cooked just the way I like them. Service was just right and very pleasant. We always enjoy Shari's on Franklin.

On Saturday, November 14th at 6:38PM some friends and I walked in to

Shari's Located on the corner of Franklin and Benjamin in Boise Idaho. We Were Seated and our orders taken and received our meals at 7:19PM. Forty one Minutes from the time we walked in the door. One of the orders we placed was for the half sandwich, Piece of pie and soup or salad, when asked to substitute soup or salad with a few fries, this seemed to be to complicated for them to understand and "refused" to make the substitution even after speaking to the manager on duty(a tall, thin woman with brown hair). The service we used to receive at this restaurant was of good quality and prompt attention. However, because we frequent this Shari's we have noticed that several of your staff members are of low quality. For example, though we are seated in a timely fashion and our orders promptly taken, I do not believe that it should take over a half an hour to receive our order. Your employees used to be helpful and did what they could to make a customer happy. Now it's like going to Mcdonalds, they seem to all be confused when you ask for no pickle.



Although we have in the past enjoyed coming to your restaurant one to three times each week, we are now seriously considering finding another restaurant to frequent.
