      The STARS Physical Therapy Boise (Curtis Road) Clinic is centrally located next to St. Alphonsus hospital, just off Curtis Road. STARS Physical Therapy Boise (Curtis Road) clinic is dedicated to quality physical therapy care in Boise and throughout the Treasure Valley. All STARS facilities have achieved the highest level of accreditation by CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities), FOTO (Focus on Therapeutic Outcomes) and other third-party programs that track patient care quality. STARS is the only accredited provider of single-disciplinary outpatient services in the state of Idaho. The STARS Curtis Road clinic is part of the STARS network to provide physical therapy in Boise and physical therapy throughout Southern Idaho. STARS is affiliated with Saint Alphonsus Hospital.
