This is by far the most unprofessional management company I have ever dealt with! 1) They are very rude! And seem to get an attitude when you confront them with an issue you have with them. 2) Their communication skills suck and needs major improvement. They "claim" they only have one number on file for us,(which didn't even belong to us and we have no idea how they got it) they have called me in my personal cell before but now they claim they only have this random number and refused to show me our file so I could properly show them exactually where we put on numbers on the LEASE! 3) They are VERY VERY unorganized! I hope anyone that reads this reconsiders renting for them! They are out for money and will try to find anyway to take everything you have.

I agree with all the others who have come out against Riverside Management in Boise. These folks are just plain BAD. They manage our subdivision and are terrible with answering emails and returning phone calls in a reasonable time frame. They are rude to people who call in and act unprofessionally. Here is the bottom line: Riverside is a company that has many problems and needs to hire all new staff. Steer clear of them.

Absolutely, positively the worst rental management experience my wife and I have ever had. They have no clue about the meaning of customer service, accountability, professionalism or how to do their job. Come to think of it, the worst experience we've ever had from any service type company - ever.



We've never had anything but raves from the people we've rented from, never been late paying rent and left each property we've lived in in better condition than we rented in. Not that they'd know, they refused to do a walk-through when we first moved in, and we asked several times and requested it. They're response, "that's not our policy". I'm sure the property owners you represent would love to know that...



Tons of issues, not the least of which was their "24 Hour Emergency Hotline" - called six times over 36 hours with no response!



We've called several times to have repairs done, no response. When someone finally calls back it's some guy who leaves a message and tells you page him? A guy with a pager? Really? What is this 1980? Oh, and not once has anything been fixed correctly. Actually most times it's the same story, "I can't fix it, I'll call a specialist to schedule an appointment with you". Nobody's followed up on those calls, not once.



I couldn't tell you who I've dealt with, we've had at least four different, "property managers" all rude, clueless, idiots who clearly have no experience or no idea what the hell they're doing, or that they're even doing a horrible job. Must be nice to be that stupid....



If you're looking to rent a property and these clowns, or Riverside Management Co, who are the same people, are the management company - DON"T!, it'll be the biggest mistake of your life.



And if you're looking to have someone manage your property - DON'T do it. You could pick any name out of the White Pages, any name, not just property managers, and they'd do 1000 times better job.



Idiots.
