Their sales person was very knowledgable and friendly and shows kindness. She was very responsive to notify me when the work was finished.

The watch and jewelry specialists also responded quickly (same day or only a few days) in servicing the watches and ring that they worked on. Also, the "inhouse" ring made there is unique and handsome, I think. I am a guy. Excellent I'd say. I've had good fortune at another jewelry/gift store in Boise, too.
