OK, I spent a year in Thailand back in the 70's when I was stationed at Korat Air Base. I have eaten at _many_ US Thai restaurants since, but Pat's Thai Kitchen is the first Thai restaurant that captures the flavors that I remember from way back then. If you want authentic Thai food, stop in at this hole-in-the-wall. You will not be disappointed. Hands down, it is the most authentic Thai food in Boise. Sawadee krup!
