In the seriousness of life can we laugh at it and transform it? I was awarded the 2006-2007 Counselor of the Year by the Idaho Counseling Association in January, 2007. I have a specialty in treating depression, anxiety, and trauma. I am an EMDR therapist. I am also trained in sand tray therapy, offering client's an option to work on their issues through expressive arts. I also enjoy working with couples, helping them deepen their love and understanding of one another.
