Charge supplies to fraudulent contractors knowing consumers are unaware of the Consumer Protection Act requiring contractors to give consumers a "Statement of Disclosure". Beware! The contractor will not pay them for the materails placed on your home, however; they will continue to charge to the contractor then place a materal lien on your home and you will be forced to pay the lien even tho you have paid the contractor for materials and labor. They take advantage of the consumers ignorance in regards to dishonest contractors and material liens. If this happens to you, file a complaint with the Consumer Proctection Division, Attorney Generals Office.
