Innovations Hair Salon had Outstanding Roofing install a new roof in 2007. We found out a few months after paying in full for our roof that Outstanding Roofing did not pay their supplier for the materials used on our project. This supplier put a lien against our property and now we are faced with paying for our roof twice. In Idaho a supplier/sub-contractor can place a lien against property for suppies/work that they have not been payed for by the contractor even if the contractor has been payed by the property holder.

Outstanding Roofing doesn't deserve the one star rating! I have posted my rating, however; must add a contact phone number for any person out there who would like to talk with me about material liens and Outstanding Roofing. 208-587-5393.

Just read a posted rating and I must agree completely!! We are a twelve unit townhouse complex. Each of us have a material lien placed against our homes because of an unpaid supply bill from Pacific Coast Supply. We paid Outstanding Roofing $41,000.00 for new roofs. Now this! Yes, they do lie. Beware!!

we paid Outstanding roofing in full over $4,500 for a new roof in Feb 07. They never paid their supplier Gem State Acoustical and they put a lien on our house. it is now January of 08 and Outstanding roofing still hasn't paid this bill. They have caused 4 homes to have liens put on them because they didn't pay their supplier. If you do business with them, you will have a lien put on your house too. They will never pay it and will only lie to you. This is a fraudulent company! Beware! We are in the process of suing them along with 3 other consumers that were taken by them.
