Murf is a God among men. The drain pump on our wash. mach. broke. We saw Murf's YouTube video on replacing them, which was helpful. But I had questions, so I called him. He was so helpful on the phone - spoke to me for a LONG time over several calls and gave me great guidance. He basically talked me through how to repair the pump in basic terms. He even asked me to email pictures of the machine & called me a couple of days later to check in on me. Here's the important thing & the reason you know that he's awesome: Murf took all that time to help me even though he knew that I live outside Washington DC - he knew that there was no way I would call his service for an appointment - he helped me not because he thought I would be a customer, but because he just wanted to help. That is a true professional. Oh, and by the way, his advice was spot-on and I was capable of replacing the drain pump all by myself - the washing machine is working perfectly once again. Murf's goodwill literally saved me hundreds of dollars.
