Mike’s practice focuses on complex litigation, commercial litigation, personal injury, workers’ compensation, insurance litigation and coverage issues, insurance bad faith, construction, agriculture and aviation litigation. Mike has an “AV” rating with Martindale-Hubbell (the highest rating available for a lawyer’s legal ability and professional ethics). Mike has also served as a Visiting Professor of Insurance Law at the University of Idaho College of Law.
- Estate PlanningBob is an associate attorney with Eberle Berlin. Bob’s practice focuses on estate planning, probate, business, tax, Social Security, and tax-exempt organizations. Bob is also licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and holds the Certified Financial Planner designation. Prior to joining Eberle Berlin, Bob spent twelve years as a Wealth Management Advisor for national banks, twelve years practicing law at a Boise law firm, clerked for the Honorable Roger Swanstrom of the Idaho Court of Appeals, and served as a Revenue Agent for the Internal Revenue Service.
