Idaho Physician Network, a business unit of Primary Health, is one of the premier independent practice associations in Idaho. Primary Health is an integrated health care delivery system comprising an insurance company, Primary Health Plan that offers group managed care insurance. It also comprises Idaho Physicians Network, and a third-party administrator, Riverside Benefit Administrators that managing self-funded health plans. IPN offers discounted malpractice insurance, laboratory contract, medical supply group purchases, and credentialing services for contracting and noncontracting payors. Its care management services include referral certification of outpatient and specialist services, pre-certification of hospital admissions and length of stay, inpatient continued stay review, and discharge planning. It maintains a comprehensive credentialing process that includes independent verification of information outlined by the provider and facility in the application. Idaho Physician Network has offices in Idaho Falls and Boise, Idaho.
