Pantera’s practice emphasizes litigation in the areas of family law, including divorce, custody and/or child support modification and protection orders, criminal law as a prosecutor for the Cities of Homedale, McCall, and Fruitland. In 2008 he joined Frances R. Stern Law Office in Boise, Idaho as an associate. He joined MSBT Law, Chtd., formerly Moore, Smith, Buxton and Turcke, Chartered, in 2014, and became a shareholder in the firm in 2018.

He joined the MSBT team in 2024 and his practice areas include criminal, family, and municipal matters throughout Idaho.
- Eminent DomainGeoff Schroeder’s areas of practice include municipal, state, and local government law, planning and zoning, administrative law, water law, criminal prosecution, and bird law. He assists the firm in representing and advising numerous cities, fire and other special taxing districts in the areas of land use, contracts, eminent domain, joint powers agreements, purchasing, and general counsel matters. Mr. Schroeder also assists the firm with criminal prosecution for the cities of Fruitland, Homedale, Marsing, McCall, and Mountain Home.

In his municipal and local government practice, Mr. Fitzer represents several cities, counties, and districts across the State of Idaho in litigation, land use, employment, municipal finance, and general municipal counsel matters. Mr. Fitzer also represents private individuals and corporations in both transactional and litigation arenas. He routinely teaches classes/seminars in land use law and municipal law for the National Business Institute, Idaho Municipal Attorney’s Association, and various local chapters of the Idaho State Bar.
