My future daughter-in-law has mothers & b-maids getting dresses & fittings done at David's in Boise. I live 4 hrs away, going back & forth isn't an option. I was told I'd be fitted for dress while there & it would fit perfect when came in. It was 1 size too big. They're charging me for alterations. If I order a size smaller, it'll take 2 months to get it in, & come back for hemming, at least! But before they'll order right size dress, I have to ship back the dress at my cost! I'm having dress altered where I live because there's more than one fitting needed to get the dress right. In the end, I'll be paying $80 or more to fix the dress. David's Bridal would not quote alterations over phone. There's no time to drive 4 hours 1 way each time I need a fitting. Many other issues also & w/b-maid dresses also. I asked at original fitting if $ were due B4 ordered: No. Waited for call that dress was in. I called, needed $ B4 ordering. Boise David's doesn't do their jobs. Many more issues too.
