At Crossbridge, we promote a full and meaningful life through a variety of activities, both in the home and in the community. We provide individualized skill training on all activities of daily living, support to maintain employment in the community and a full schedule of recreational opportunities. Our goal is to create an environment that thrives with choices, which in turn allows everyone the independence to reach their fullest potential. We strive to encourage each individual to work with their current strengths and build new ones to reach a more independent way of living. Our goal is community integration and building healthy relationships with people outside of their home.
