Boise High School, established in 1903, is a three-year coeducational public school offering educational instruction to students in grades 10 through 12. The school has an enrollment of more than 1,200 students and is a part of the Boise Independent School District. It offers advanced placement and accelerated courses in algebra, chemistry, English, math analysis, American government, biology, calculus, French and Spanish language, studio design art and psychology. The school has a full-time career counselor who provides postsecondary planning services to students and parents. It has athletic teams in football, volleyball, cross country, soccer, wrestling, basketball, hockey, track and field, baseball, tennis, softball, golf, lacrosse and swimming. It also offers a variety of extracurricular activities, such as band, drama, the National Honor Society and the Amnesty International. Boise High School s colors are red and white. It is located in Boise, Idaho.
