      Automated Maintenance Services, Inc. in Fargo, ND was founded in 1970 by Mr. Paul Simonson. The company was founded with the philosophy of providing top quality janitorial services through sound management principles and technical advances. This philosophy has allowed us to satisfy hundreds of customers allowing for tremendous growth for AMS. This growth has resulted in several million square feet of facilities to be maintained daily in retail, office, and institutional buildings by trained professionals. We believe that there are three keys to our success: Communication, Training, and Technology.
