AceCo Precision Manufacturing produces knives, wood tooling equipment and semiconductor components. The company uses techniques that include vertical milling centers, turning centers, high speed drilling, waterjet cutting proprietary grinding, profile sharpening, inspections by scanning electron and stereo microscopes, admittance testing, microbalance scales, varian leak detector, cryogenic tempering, anodizing, square wave and wire feed welding custom profile forming. AceCo has been manufacturing knives for industrial purposes for more than 25 years. The company produces a variety of round, crinkle, flat, custom and replacement knives using a carbon stainless steel alloy. AceCo also manufactures woodworking tools, such as finger joint, moulder and custom tooling for use in lumber mills and remanufacturing mills. AceCo Precision Manufacturing operates from its facilities and headquarters in Boise, Idaho.
