I don't know who the above reviewer used but I dealt with Newman services when my heat pump went out. I was put off for days and appointments were cancelled before they showed up. I will give anyone the benefit of the doubt so I allowed them to install a new heat pump. Now 2 years later I am having problems with it so I called Newman since they were the ones who installed it. They were supposed to be at my house during a 2 hour time frame. Not only has that time frame passed but I have not received the first call!!! I called and the lady answering the phone informed me that she would call them and have them call us. STILL NO PHONE CALL!! I am livid and would rather go elsewhere and pay more money to get decent customer service!!! It takes so little effort..,,

Last winter while I was out of town working my mother's furnace went out on a sunday. I called the guys at Newman Services from my hotel and they got right out there and got it fixed (and for a fair price too). So a few months ago when the A/C went out I just went ahead and got Newman to replace the whole system. They did a very neat job, cleaned up after themselves, helped me get financing, and even carried in my mom's groceries.



I would definately us Newman Services again !
