Denise took great care of my package even though the party that was supposed to send it at a certain time delayed pick up. She went above and beyond to help me get what I needed and advise me on how best to handle the situation. Another customer had an issue similar to mine, and was a little less patient, but Denise treated us both very well and I believe she did everything she could to help both of us and the other customers this morning.
