they where so helpful to tell us the best whey to fix are car in the best whey possble. the fect that we would recomed that you go there is that they r a houset with you about what you need .so this is why we would tell you who to go to get your car fix.

Frank is a personable, patient and kind gentleman. He is a friend when you need one. His work is above par, and he is so honest that it is a refreshing experience doing business with him. Prior to Frank's working on our car, a dealership charged us to perform a repair--then said another $400 involving the same repair was needed. Whenever we visited them, another expensive repair was needed. After yet another expensive diagnosis from the dealership, we took the car to Frank, and he said nothing is wrong with your car. He was right. After that, we have never gone to anyone else, and the car runs perfectly. A year or so after our first visit to Frank, the car did need some other work, and Frank's price was affordable. I felt a trust about the businessman taking care of our car that I haven't felt in years. We are grateful that he treats his employees like family, expects the same standards of service and honesty from them, and is also a blessing to his clients. We recommend him highly.

Frank is amazing in diagnosing a problem, doesn't charge for that service, and has on a couple occasions when the problem was an "easy fix" did it himself on the spot and refused to accept any payment. Twice he fixed problems with my vehicle offering two fixes, one where the vehicle would still operate normally and safely but was hugely less expensive or the "normal" fix which would have been very expensive and the choice was mine which way to go. While my son was in law school in MN for 4 years he had his car serviced at several places and said this kind of integrity and great service is unheard of. Since being back he has taken his car to Frank. We will never take our vehicles to anyone else! L. Back, Bandera
