Achieving results through experience, ability, and integrity. Todd Zuckerbrod has worked in the securities industry for close to 30 years. He has been an Enforcement Attorney with the New York Stock Exchange, in-house counsel with the Litigation Department of Merrill Lynch, including two years in London, a securities defense attorney with the law firm Greenberg Traurig in West Palm Beach, General Counsel to one of the oldest brokerage firms in the United States and now, private practice. Mr. Zuckerbrod also possesses a detailed knowledge of Trust and Estates from working on trust cases for Merrill Lynch Trust Company, overseeing outside counsel on litigation of Trust matters, dealing with trust issues arising in arbitration and as General Counsel of a brokerage firm. In private practice, Mr. Zuckerbrod has continued to pursue matters involving trusts and estates in both arbitration and court. Mr. Zuckerbrod is admitted to practice in Florida and New York as well as the Federal Courts in the Southern and Middle Districts in Florida and the Southern and Eastern Districts in New York.
